Payment is due in full at the time of the shoot, unless prior arrangements have been made.
I will provide you with a CD/DVD of the edited photo shoot pictures within 7 days of the scheduled shoot. With your permission, I may make proofs available on my website, and may make reproductions of your images to use for promotion purposes. A copy of your digital images will be kept in the studio for one year from the date of your photo shoot.
You may use the digital images on the CD/DVD as you wish without regard to copyright. The desired size and number of photos is strictly up to you, and may be printed at the photo lab of your choice. Assistance with the selection and printing process is available as an extra service; additional fees will apply.
Should rescheduling of your appointment become necessary due to illness or other catastrophe on my part, every effort will be made to reschedule at your convenience. However, as we are residents of the beautiful and sometimes dark and damp Pacific Northwest, and even though pictures of children in rain boots with umbrellas are pretty cute, postponements may be unavoidable. No blanket policy can cover this situation; therefore each family's appointment will be handled individually. The decision to continue with the appointment or reschedule due to inclement weather conditions will be made jointly after a brief discussion of the possibilities.
My prices are adjusted periodically. Your sitting will be charged at the price in effect at the time the appointment is made and the deposit is received. Fees are detailed under the Prices tab of this website.
